A resident in the Twin Falls area is asking for help finding new owners for three adult female ball pythons. The owner posted the listing on Craigslist on Oct. 26, 2026, under the Twin Falls tab. Each snake carries a rehoming fee of $50.
Ball pythons are a common pet, and they typically live between 25 and 30 years. The $50 price point is comparable to the cost of a new snake at most pet stores, where prices usually range from $40 to $80. The owner did not specify a street address in the post, but the location tab suggests the animals are in Southern Idaho.
KIDO Talk Radio reporter who monitors Southern Idaho Craigslist noted that dogs are the most common animals people try to rehome through the site. The post for the three snakes stood out because of the low fee and the specific request for a good home. The reporter found the listing while browsing the classifieds section.
The listing includes an ID number, 7990151682, which interested buyers can use to contact the seller directly. No further details about the owner were provided in the original post. The snakes are described as adult females, and the owner is looking to place them with someone who can provide a suitable environment.
