Pig Latin in Eagle will serve holiday cocktails starting November 23. The pop-up venue, known as Miracle, is making its first appearance in the Treasure Valley this winter. It will operate in two locations in Idaho: Pig Latin in Eagle and Tamarack Resort. The event runs through the holiday season, bringing a specific style of seasonal drinks to the region for the first time.
Miracle Coctails Inc has operated for 12 years, growing from a single pop-up into a global phenomenon. Greg Boehm, the founder of the company, stated in a press release that the brand is serving new holiday-inspired cocktails this year. The menu includes an expanded selection of non-alcoholic options. All drinks are served in the signature mugs that the bar is known for.
Boehm said the company views its presence as a tradition for many customers. He noted that this marks the first time the bar has come to the Treasure Valley, offering locals a chance to establish a new local tradition. The brand currently operates in numerous locations around the world, including major international cities.
The pop-up format allows the brand to test new markets before deciding on permanent locations. Pig Latin is the nearest venue to Boise, making it a primary destination for residents in the capital city seeking the experience. Tamarack Resort will serve as the second location in the state. The announcement comes just days after Halloween, signaling an early start to the Christmas season in local shopping centers and restaurants.
Customers can view the full menu and other locations on the Miracle website. The bar focuses on craft beverages and a specific aesthetic centered on Christmas themes. The November 23 opening date coincides with the lead-up to Thanksgiving, placing the event in the early stages of the winter holiday period.
