The parking lot of Roaring Springs Waterpark hosts the final night of its annual light display today, October 30. The event, known as Spooky Light Show, runs from the comfort of a vehicle and concludes its second year of operation at the Boise location. The waterpark's slides and wave pool are currently shut down, but the illuminated attraction remains open to the public until the end of the day.

Tiffany Watts of Roaring Springs stated that the attraction runs from October 9 through October 30. The setup includes more than one million lights synchronized with a soundtrack of Halloween favorites. Visitors experience glowing ghosts, sparkling skeletons, and flashing spiders while driving through the designated areas.

The course features three specific themed sections. Electric Ghost Blvd displays thousands of shimmering ghost lights that move to the beat. Skeleton Lane presents a spectacle of illuminated skeletons. Spider Web Way contains thousands of sparkling spiders and glowing webs that spin as cars pass through.

Tickets are available for purchase at www.spookylightshow.com. The standard price is $29.99 per carload. An optional Spooky Party Pack raises the price to $39.99. The attraction is designed for families with young children and those who prefer a mild Halloween experience over intense scares.

The event occupies the same parking lot used for the waterpark during the summer season. The lights and music provide a family-friendly alternative to traditional haunted houses. The run concludes tonight, marking the end of the 22-day schedule for the 2026 season.
