Jay-Z will perform at the Super Bowl halftime show on February 14, 2027, at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California. The announcement confirms the rapper as the headliner for the event, which coincides with the NFL Championship Game.

Jay-Z and his entertainment company, Roc Nation, have served as the official halftime production partners for the NFL since 2019. As a key decision-maker for the show, Jay-Z selected himself as the primary act for this year's slot. The specific teams playing in the Super Bowl remain unknown until the final day of January.

While the headliner is set, the identity of any special guests has not been officially disclosed. Based on past collaborations and recent appearances, four artists have emerged as likely candidates to join him on stage.

Beyonce, Jay-Z’s wife, is frequently cited as a top contender. The couple has collaborated on multiple tracks, including "Crazy in Love" and "Drunk in Love," and have toured together extensively. Beyonce has prior experience with NFL halftime shows, performing with Coldplay and Bruno Mars in 2016. She also sang the national anthem at Super Bowl XXXVIII in 2001 and appeared at halftime for the Houston Texans game on Christmas Day in 2024.

Rihanna is another strong possibility, having been discovered by Jay-Z while he was CEO of Def Jam Records. She later signed with Roc Nation in 2010. The two have released songs together such as "Umbrella" and "Run This Town." Earlier this year, Rihanna appeared as a surprise guest at a Jay-Z concert at Yankee Stadium. She previously headlined the Super Bowl halftime show in 2023, where she announced her pregnancy to the audience.

The list of potential guests also includes Blu Ivy Carter, the eldest daughter of Jay-Z and Beyonce. She performed as a dancer during her mother’s 2024 Christmas Day halftime show in Houston and joined the Cowboy Carter tour in the same capacity. She is a regular attendee at NFL games with her father.

Eminem is the final name on the potential guest list. He joined Jay-Z on stage during the rapper’s current tour. The two artists previously collaborated on the track "Renegade" for Jay-Z’s album The Blueprint. Eminem has also performed at a Super Bowl halftime event, appearing as a special guest in 2022.
