Crave Kitchen and Bar is preparing to open a second restaurant in the Treasure Valley.
The Eagle-based establishment has operated since 2020 and is now expanding its footprint. According to the Idaho States, the new branch will be located next to the Scheel's grocery store in Meridian. The restaurant is scheduled to open in 2027.
The current Eagle location is known for a diverse menu that includes sushi, soups, salads, and appetizers. The kitchen also serves a dedicated brunch menu featuring house-made doughnuts. Drink options include a variety of hand-crafted cocktails.
Crave Kitchen and Bar describes itself as a unique dining experience in the heart of Eagle. The venue features a rooftop patio and chef-inspired food. The business has maintained a consistent presence in the community since its initial launch six years ago.
The expansion follows a period of steady patronage for the original site. The new Meridian location will be the second outpost for the brand in the region. No specific opening date within 2027 has been announced yet.
