More than $2,000 in prizes is on the line Saturday, October 31, in Cascade, where Bigfoot Brew Coffee is running a scavenger hunt through town. The shop, located at 220 S. Main Street, is giving away Blackstone griddles, paddleboards, camping and fishing packages, and free coffee to whoever locates its hidden figures.

The contest starts at 9 a.m. Saturday. Participants will search Cascade for small golden Bigfoot figures tucked away around town. Bigfoot Brew Coffee will not hand out a map. Instead, the shop posts clues on its Facebook page, and hunters follow those clues to the figures. If a Bigfoot goes undiscovered, another clue comes out Sunday at 9 a.m.

The shop sits inside Medicap Pharmacy on South Main Street in Cascade. Baristas there double as pharmacy technicians, and pharmacy technicians can also run the espresso machine. Bigfoot Brew Coffee is owned by the same people who operate the pharmacy, and the two share a building.

This is the second year for the scavenger hunt. Bigfoot Brew Coffee hosted the first one in 2025. Entry is free for anyone who wants to take part. A companion activity called Bigfoot Bingo sends participants to other businesses around Cascade.

Cascade is a town of about 1,500 people in Valley County, about 75 miles north of Boise along Highway 55. The town sits at the foot of Cascade Lake and near the road to McCall. Bigfoot Brew Coffee is at 220 S. Main Street.

The hunt runs Saturday, October 31, from 9 a.m. until all figures are found, with a follow-up clue Sunday at 9 a.m. Prizes are awarded to whoever locates the hidden golden Bigfoot figures.
